Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 medium chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 can corned beef
  • 1/3 c. light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown ground beef and onions; drain.
  2. Add the flour to the ground beef and onions; mix well.
  3. In a baking dish, mix the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour. Can be frozen.
  5. Great with cole slaw.
