Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large can Chinese noodles
  • 1 small jar pimientos
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crushed potato chips
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 can water chestnuts, slivered

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except almonds and potato chips in a greased casserole dish.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and top with slivered almonds and crushed potato chips.
  4. Bake for an additional 15 minutes until topping is golden and crispy.
