Super Chicken Casserole
A hearty chicken casserole with creamy mushroom, celery, and chicken soups, topped with crunchy almonds and potato chips, perfect for comforting family dinners.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken ⓘ
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 large can Chinese noodles ⓘ
- 1 small jar pimientos ⓘ
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup crushed potato chips ⓘ
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds ⓘ
- 1 can cream of celery soup ⓘ
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup ⓘ
- 1 large can evaporated milk ⓘ
- 1 can water chestnuts, slivered ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except almonds and potato chips in a greased casserole dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with slivered almonds and crushed potato chips.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes until topping is golden and crispy.
