Ingredients

  • 1 rack of ribs
  • 1/8 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/8 c. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 c. V-8 juice
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Take a rack of ribs and remove excess fat. Cut into single or double pieces. Boil for 30 minutes. While ribs are boiling, mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. After ribs have boiled, remove and drain. Place ribs in a casserole dish and pour sauce from bowl over them. Place in oven and bake at 350° for 3 hours. Baste every 30 minutes until sauce is gone.
