Ingredients

  • 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 8 whole graham crackers
  • 2 c. milk chocolate or semi-sweet chips

Instructions

  1. Melt unsweetened chocolate and butter in small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Cool slightly.
  3. Beat eggs in small bowl with mixer. Gradually beat in sugar until thick and fluffy. Gradually stir in chocolate mixture and vanilla.
  4. Fold in flour and salt until well blended. Spread evenly in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
  5. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes or until shiny and firm on top. Remove from oven and immediately put chocolate chips and marshmallows and then lay graham crackers on top of that.
  6. (Weight it down with a heavy pan.
  7. You might want to double recipe and put in a 13 x 9-inch pan.)
  8. When cool, cut into squares and enjoy.
