Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can red salmon
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 4 tablespoons chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix lightly.
  2. Chill the salad in the refrigerator.
  3. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
