Supreme Ham Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground cooked ham
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 lb. ground fresh pork
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine ham, onion powder, pork, eggs, salt, pepper and cracker crumbs.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Shape mixture into 9 x 5-inch baking dish.
  4. Combine sugar, mustard and vinegar.
  5. Mix well and spoon half over ham loaf.
  6. Freeze other half of sauce for future use.
