- Combine ham, onion powder, pork, eggs, salt, pepper and cracker crumbs.
- Mix well.
- Shape mixture into 9 x 5-inch baking dish.
- Combine sugar, mustard and vinegar.
- Mix well and spoon half over ham loaf.
- Freeze other half of sauce for future use.
