Tips & Substitutions

For a smoky flavor, try adding a pinch of smoked paprika or diced jalapeños. If you don't have pinto beans, black beans work as a great substitute. For a vegetarian option, you can leave out the bacon and use olive oil to sauté the onions and garlic. Additionally, adding a squeeze of lime juice before serving gives a nice brightness to the dish.

Serving Suggestions

These Supreme Refried Beans are perfect as a side dish for taco night, or you can use them as a filling for burritos and quesadillas. They also pair beautifully with Terry'S Taco Salad(Serves 16 People). For a fun twist, serve with tortilla chips as a dip alongside Super Nacho Dip for a crowd-pleasing appetizer.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftover refried beans in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days. To reheat, simply warm them in a saucepan over low heat, adding a splash of water or milk to loosen the consistency. Stir frequently until heated through, and adjust seasoning as needed.
