Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked noodles
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (16 oz) can mixed vegetables
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 cup canned tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Lightly brown the chopped onion in margarine.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook slowly until browned.
  4. Blend in the flour and the cooked noodles.
  5. Add the can of vegetables including liquid, canned tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350°F.
