Creamy Swedish Noodles combine tender pasta, seasoned ground beef, and a rich cheese sauce, making a comforting dish perfect for family dinners and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 large package very fine noodles
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 6 green onions
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Let the ground beef, tomato sauce, salt, and sugar simmer.
  2. Stir cream cheese, sour cream, and green onions together.
  3. Layer half of the cooked noodles, half of the beef mixture, and half of the cream cheese mixture in a removable crockpot.
  4. Repeat layering with the remaining noodles, beef mixture, and cream cheese mixture.
  5. Cover the top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes, then transfer the crock to a crock-pot on low setting until ready to serve.
