Ingredients

  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 can white shoe peg corn
  • 1 large can LeSueur peas
  • 1 cup chopped purple onion
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small jar pimento, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped celery

Instructions

  1. Drain liquids from the French-style green beans, white shoe peg corn, LeSueur peas, and pimento.
  2. Combine all drained vegetables with chopped purple onion, chopped bell pepper, and chopped celery in a bowl.
  3. Toss the mixture with your preferred dressing and serve chilled.
