Ingredients

  • 2 c. pecan halves
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Toss pecans in melted butter.
  2. Combine sugar, cumin, chili powder, red pepper, and salt; sprinkle over pecans, tossing to coat.
  3. Spread pecans on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Cool before serving.
