Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. fine egg noodles
  • 1/2 lb. cream cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 lb. margarine
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles and strain.
  2. Rinse noodles.
  3. Cover the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan with noodles.
  4. Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Incorporate eggs, one at a time, into the butter and cream cheese mixture.
  6. Beat in sour cream, vanilla, and sugar.
  7. Slowly pour the mixture over the noodles in the pan.
  8. Do not mix after pouring.
