  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine raw, shelled peanuts, sugar, and water in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, about 15 minutes until sugar crystallizes on peanuts.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet coated with Pam.
  4. Sprinkle with salt if desired.
  5. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 30 minutes.
  6. Turn the peanuts after 15 minutes.
