- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Melt chocolate with water, set aside.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Cream together sugar, egg yolks and butter.
- Cream in molten chocolate.
- Stir in flour, salt and baking powder.
- Fold in stiff egg whites.
- Pour into greased 9x13'' pan.
- Bake about 25-30 minutes, cut into small cubes while warm.
- Store in airtight container after completely cooled.
- Store in cool place - as they're very moist you can't keep them too long.
- Well, you won't be able to store them long anyway --
- Fix a post-it on the lid with the emergency number - just in case.
