Ingredients

  • 15 medium cucumbers
  • 2 Tbsp mixed spices
  • 8 c sugar
  • 4 c cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cover cucumbers with boiling water each morning for 4 mornings.
  2. On the 5th morning, chunk cucumbers into cubes.
  3. Heat mixed spices, sugar, and cider vinegar together.
  4. Pour the heated mixture over the pickles.
  5. Let the mixture set for 48 hours.
  6. Heat and can the pickles.
