Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained
  • 2 1/2 c. vegetable or chicken stock
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 lb. frozen bag broccoli, corn and red peppers
  • 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 c. chopped scallions
  • dash of hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Pure yams, stock and milk in blender.
  2. Heat mixture in large saucepan.
  3. When hot, add remaining ingredients and stir well.
