Ingredients

  • 2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 c. Carnation
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. coconut

Instructions

  1. Use canned sweet potatoes, drained.
  2. Mix all ingredients together except coconut.
  3. Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with coconut.
  5. Return to oven and brown.
