Ingredients

  • 2 fresh strawberries
  • 4 fresh raspberries
  • 1 1/2 ounces spiced rum (Captain Morgan)
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • sweetened cream

Instructions

  1. Macerate strawberries and raspberries with rum and sugar.
  2. Slightly whip cream.
  3. Swirl together 1 part rum-berry puree to 2 parts slightly whipped cream in a champagne flute.
  4. Garnish with fresh berries.
