Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine butter, milk and sugar in saucepan.
  2. Heat until butter melts; cool.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla.
  4. In a 9 x 13-inch or 9 x 9-inch greased pan, break bread into large chunks.
  5. Sprinkle raisins in bread.
  6. Pour egg mixture over bread.
  7. Spread with pie filling.
  8. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  9. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes (for 9 x 13-inch pan) or 40 to 45 minutes (for 9 x 9-inch pan).
