Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, tuna or fish
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked chicken, shredded Swiss cheese, chopped celery, salt, pepper, salad dressing or mayonnaise, ketchup, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Spread the mixture onto 4 hamburger buns or slices of bread.
  4. Place the assembled buns or bread on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350°F until bubbly and heated through, about 15 minutes.
