  • 1 large onion
  • 1 qt. whole tomatoes
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Flour the steak and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Layer the steak pieces in a microwavable bowl.
  3. Mix the whole tomatoes and chopped onions together and pour over the steak layers.
  4. Cook in the microwave, turning every 15 minutes.
  5. Total cooking time will be about 1 hour.
