Ingredients

  • 1 large bag broccoli and cauliflower vegetable combination
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 can French fried onions
  • 1/3 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Combine the vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, half the shredded Swiss cheese, sour cream, and half the French fried onions in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  3. Bake, covered, at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, top with the remaining cheese and onions.
  5. Bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and topping is golden.
