Ingredients

  • 2 c. olive oil
  • 1 c. Dijon mustard
  • 2 c. white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. dill
  • 2 Tbsp. tarragon
  • 1 Tbsp. basil

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, Dijon mustard, white wine, dill, tarragon, and basil in a bowl.
  2. Pour the marinade over swordfish fillets and marinate for 4 to 6 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill.
  4. Grill the swordfish for 8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
