Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix margarine, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla in a bowl until like biscuit dough.
  2. Knead on a floured board until stiff.
  3. Roll dough out and cut out tea cakes.
  4. Place on a cookie sheet and bake in a 400°F oven until brown.
