Ingredients

  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 3 whole tomatoes
  • 1 head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 large celery stalk, chopped
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a pot and cover with water enough to cover the vegetables.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the vegetables are soft.
