Ingredients

  • 4 oz. soft breadcrumbs
  • 1 green pepper, deseeded and chopped
  • 1 tomato, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tsp. chopped chives
  • 4 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 8 eggs, separated
  • 2 oz. butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, chopped green pepper, sliced tomato, chopped chives, and Tabasco sauce.
  2. Season with salt and a little pepper.
  3. Beat the egg yolks and blend into the mixture.
  4. Whisk the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
