Tabooley(Arabic Salad)
A fresh, vibrant Arabic salad combining parsley, mint, tomatoes, and soaked cracked wheat, perfect for light meals or as a side dish with pita bread.

Instructions
- Cover cracked wheat with water and let soak while preparing vegetables.
- Chop all vegetables finely.
- Use only the leaves of the parsley and fresh mint.
- Drain and squeeze the water out of the soaked cracked wheat and add it to the vegetables.
- Add salad oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste, and mix well.
- Serve with fresh pita bread.
