Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cucumber cubed
  • 1 cup of tomato cubed
  • 1/2 head of lettuce finely chopped
  • cup of green olives
  • cup of black olives
  • 1/2 cup of chopped fresh coriander
  • 1/2 cup of chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • a juice of a halve lemon
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of dried mint
  • 1/2 tsp of cumen
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup of chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. mix the chopped veggies in a big bowel
  2. soak the borgol in lemon juice add the olive oil and the seasoning and let it set
  3. when it sets add the borgol to the chopped veggies and add the olives and mix well
  4. serve with grilled meat or chicken.
