A fresh and vibrant Middle Eastern salad featuring parsley, tomatoes, cucumber, and bulgur, dressed with lemon and olive oil. Perfect for light, healthy meals or sides.

Instructions
- Soak the bulgur in lemon juice for 1/2 an hour.
- Chop all the first four ingredients very fine.
- Mix all the chopped ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve with romaine lettuce.
