Ingredients

  • 3 cans crescent rolls
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 6 oz shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Drain off excess fat from the meat mixture.
  3. Add taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water to the meat and onion.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes until thickened.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Spread each can of crescent rolls into two oblongs on a cookie sheet.
  7. Spread a thin line of meat mixture down each crescent roll.
  8. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  9. Fold over the dough and pinch to seal.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve warm.
