Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can Brooks chili hot beans
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • several sliced green onions
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • 1 can tomato puree
  • tortilla chips
  • shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain the hamburger.
  2. Add all ingredients except chips and cheese to a large pan.
  3. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Ladle the chili into bowls.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
