Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. noodles
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 6 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 16 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. instant beef bouillon

Instructions

  1. Brown chopped onion in ground beef until beef is cooked through.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce and taco seasoning mix, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, and instant beef bouillon.
  4. Add cooked noodles to the cheese mixture and blend all together.
  5. Transfer the noodle and cheese mixture into a casserole dish.
  6. Place shredded cheddar cheese on top of the casserole.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
