- Microwave at High, 4 to 6 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink, stirring halfway through.
- Drain excess fat. Stir in chili with beans, tomato sauce, tomato paste, chili powder, and salt.
- Microwave at High, 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through and flavors are blended.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of crushed corn chips evenly in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
- Spoon the meat mixture over the chips.
- Top with remaining crushed corn chips.
- Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
- Microwave at High, 1 to 2 minutes or until the cheese melts.
