Taco Salad Cups
Ingredients
- 1 can (more or less) vegeburger ⓘ
- 1/4 c. (more or less) barbecue sauce ⓘ
- 2 1/2 tsp. minced onion ⓘ
- 1 to 2 tsp. brown sugar ⓘ
- 4 medium tomatoes (I like to use little tomatoes and make individual salad cups) ⓘ
- 3 c. shredded lettuce ⓘ
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese ⓘ
- 1/3 c. coarsely crushed taco chips
- sour cream
- sliced ripe olives ⓘ
- commercial taco sauce ⓘ
Instructions
- Crumb vegeburger into mixing bowl or casserole dish.
- Cover tightly and microwave at High for 3 to 5 minutes (may need to add a little oil to dish).
- Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and sugar; set aside.
