Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. taco sauce
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth.
  2. Layer the cream cheese mixture on a serving plate.
  3. Spread taco sauce over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Sprinkle 4 ounces of grated Cheddar cheese over the taco sauce.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and chopped bell peppers on top.
  6. Finish by sprinkling the remaining Cheddar cheese over the top.
