Ingredients

  • 2 lb. pork, cubed
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • garlic salt to taste
  • pinch of salt
  • small amount pepper
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • taco shells

Instructions

  1. Brown cubed pork slightly in a skillet.
  2. Add cumin, chili powder, crushed red pepper, garlic salt, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce to the pork.
  3. Simmer the mixture for 3 to 4 hours until tender.
  4. Brown the taco shells in a skillet or oven.
  5. Fill the taco shells with the pork mixture and top with lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and taco cheese.
