Taco Party Dip

A flavorful and cheesy taco party dip layered with seasoned ground beef, fresh vegetables, and melted cheese, perfect for gatherings and party snacks.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 5 to 6 green onions or 1 medium onion
  • 1 large pepper
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 black olives, sliced
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth; spread on a large platter or round pizza pan.
  2. Sprinkle half of the taco seasoning on top.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Brown the hamburger; drain excess fat and let cool.
  5. Layer the cooked hamburger over the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Chop the tomatoes, onion, and green pepper; mix in a bowl.
  7. Spread the chopped vegetables over the hamburger layer.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining taco seasoning over the vegetables.
  9. Layer grated Cheddar cheese on top.
  10. Decorate with sliced black olives and a tablespoon of sour cream in the center.
