A fun and indulgent no-bake dessert resembling a tire, with chocolate cookie crust, marshmallow filling, and whipped cream garnish, perfect for tailgate parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 36 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter
  • 24 marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Coarsely chop 10 cookies and set aside.
  2. Finely crush the remaining 26 cookies.
  3. Combine cookie crumbs and melted margarine or butter, then press evenly onto the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
  4. Refrigerate the crust.
  5. In a 2-quart saucepan, stir marshmallows and milk over medium heat until melted and smooth.
  6. Cool the marshmallow mixture completely.
  7. Gently fold 2 cups of whipped cream into the cooled marshmallow mixture; save remaining whipped cream for garnish.
  8. Fold in the chopped cookies.
  9. Spoon the mixture into the prepared cookie crumb piecrust.
  10. Refrigerate the pie for 4 hours or until firm.
  11. Cut into eight slices.
  12. Garnish each slice with whipped cream and set a cookie on end into the whipped cream to resemble a tire.
