Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large can tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 pkg. egg noodles
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. American cheese, grated
  • 10 to 12 stuffed olives or to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, then add bell pepper and corn.
  2. Let this mixture cook a while.
  3. Saute onion, all tomatoes and bring to a boil.
  4. Let cook about 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Cook noodles, drain.
  6. Then combine all ingredients, except cheese and olives; salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add cheese, saving enough for top of casserole.
  8. Add stuffed olives.
  9. Mix cheese and olives to the mixture. Cover top of casserole with cheese and olives.
  10. Bake in slow oven (350°) until brown and cheese is bubbly.
