Ingredients

  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 regular size cans cream-style corn
  • 3/4 c. cornmeal
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 cans chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except green chilies and Cheddar cheese. Put half of the mixture in square baking dish.
  2. Top with chili mix, chilies and grated cheese.
  3. Add remaining corn mixture.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes in oven at 375°.
