Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2/3 cup chopped kiwi
  • 1/2 cup chopped orange sections
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  3. Serve with Ricotta Cream.
