Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) can Hormel chili
  • 1 bunch chopped scallions
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar

Instructions

  1. Mash the cream cheese.
  2. Spread the cream cheese on the bottom of a 9-inch quiche or pie plate.
  3. Layer the chili, chopped scallions, chopped green pepper, and shredded Cheddar in order given.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with corn or tortilla chips.
