Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef and chopped onions together until done.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and Tabasco sauce to the beef mixture.
  3. Spread the seasoned beef mixture on thin rounds of rye bread or pumpernickel.
