Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 cup cream style corn
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup corn meal

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, then blend in sour cream, oil, baking powder, salt, sugar, and corn.
  2. Blend in corn meal last.
  3. Pour batter into a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F until golden brown.
