Creamy, flavorful cubed potatoes coated with garlic, green onion, and paprika, perfect as a comforting side dish for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 5 lb. boiled red potatoes
  • 2 sticks melted butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 4 Tbsp. green onion flakes or 1/2 cup chopped green onion tops
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. paprika

Instructions

  1. Boil the red potatoes until tender, then drain and let cool slightly.
  2. Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes and place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add melted butter or margarine to the potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Sprinkle garlic salt, green onion flakes or chopped green onion tops, and paprika over the potatoes.
  5. Gently toss again until all ingredients are well combined and potatoes are coated with seasonings.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature as a flavorful side dish.
