Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can pink salmon
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 heaping teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Drain juice from salmon and set aside.
  2. Put salmon in a mixing bowl and stir in the egg.
  3. When the mixture becomes gummy, add 1/2 cup flour.
  4. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is thick.
  5. Do not add any salt; pepper is optional.
