Tasty Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3/8 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in order listed; mix well.
  2. Chill for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  3. Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes.
