Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 can 14 Oz. Chicken Broth
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning, 1 Ounce Packet
  • 1/4 cups Cream
  • 1 container Laughing Cow Cheese With Chipotle, 8 Ounce Tub
  • 1 package Tortilla Chips

Instructions

  1. 1.
  2. Start browning ground beef.
  3. Stir as needed while making cheese sauce.
  4. 2.
  5. Melt butter in a medium sauce pan.
  6. 3.
  7. Whisk in flour to make a roux.
  8. 4.
  9. Add chicken broth.
  10. Whisk together with roux until smooth.
  11. Bring up to boil to thicken.
  12. 5.
  13. After meat is browned, drain the grease and add taco seasoning packet according to directions on package.
  14. 6.
  15. Add cream to chicken broth and roux mixture.
  16. 7.
  17. Melt in the entire container of cheese to the sauce mixture, stirring constantly until cheese is melted.
  18. 8.
  19. Once meat is finished, add to cheese sauce.
  20. 9.
  21. Dish up and serve with tortilla chips.
