Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 12 oz. can evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Blend together the eggs and pumpkin until well combined.
  3. Stir in the sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.
  4. Blend in the evaporated milk until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into the unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
