Ingredients

  • 16 oz. frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • raisins

Instructions

  1. Divide the thawed bread dough into one large ball, one medium-sized ball, six small balls, and one smaller ball.
  2. Arrange the balls on a cookie sheet to form the shape of a teddy bear.
  3. Wet the edges of the dough pieces with water to make them stick together.
  4. Use raisins to make eyes, mouth, and other facial features on the bear.
  5. Leave the bear uncovered in a warm place to rise for 2 to 3 hours.
  6. Beat the egg and water together and brush the mixture over the top of the bear.
  7. Sprinkle seeds or poppy seeds on top if desired.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
